Inner Mongolia Zhongjing Science & Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Zhongjing Research Institute”) was established in April 2016 by Tianjin Zhonghuan Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Hohhot Hongrun Huanxiang Technology Co., Ltd. and Huake Xinneng (Tianjin) Technology Development. Three research companies established in Inner Mongolia Central Industrial Park. Mainly engaged in the research and development of carbon/carbon composite materials in the carbon fiber composite material industry chain. The company is committed to the development of downstream applications of carbon fiber and enhance China's independent innovation and development capabilities in the field of new materials.
The carbon/carbon composite material produced by this project is a new material made of carbon fiber preform as a reinforcing material and pyrolytic carbon (vapor phase deposition) as a matrix material, which has high strength, low thermal conductivity, long life and low Density (light weight), high safety and other advantages, the resulting insulation, structural parts and heating elements will be the development direction of the thermal field materials of photovoltaic equipment such as Czochralski silicon single crystal furnace and polycrystalline ingot furnace.
